Roof Coverings

	Main roof in combed wheat straw thatch, catch-up maintenance work in progress. Regular monitoring of new roof should help maximise projected life.
	Hip end to be re-thatched at a later date. Regular monitoring of new roof should help maximise projected life.
	Interlocking clay tiles on bay roof in reasonable condition. Some minor damage though not currently compromising weather proofing. Check margin for lap.
	Moss covering and some delamination of double roman clay tiles on north elevation. Remove moss where possible and monitor tiles.
