South elevation generally in good condition.
West elevation chimney breast and returns require re-pointing soon. Query pointing specification - hydrated or hydraulic lime? Projected life of repointing (7 years) seems low.
South chimney recently re-pointed and sections rebuilt, experience suggests these will require regular attention. Query pointing specification - hydrated or hydraulic lime?
East elevation requires considerable re-pointing in the next 12 months. Query pointing specification - hydrated or hydraulic lime?
Render requires regular limewashing (see cyclical maintenance) some appears to be cement based.
Boundary walls in fair condition.
