Southstoke church was one of the first surveys we carried out. In this example the spreadsheet profile makes no attempt to identify consequential costs.	Hill Gate was one of the last surveys we carried out. In this example we have included optimistic and pessimistic assessments of consequential costs -in other words costs which may be incurred if maintenance is not carried out.
